Equipment/Facilities
CRG Industries operates in 26,000 square feet of space in Dayton, Ohio. We have
facilities and equipment for composite
lay-up and machining.
Current production
equipment relevant to Advantic includes the following:
- Two large
walk-in ovens
- Mixers
to accommodate sample sizes and
large batch mixing
- Automated
microballoon handling system
- Vacuum
chamber and vacuum pumps
- Overhead
cranes and lifting equipment
Our
sister company, Cornerstone Research Group (CRG), provides the
engineering and testing infrastructure
for CRG Industries’ projects.
CRG operates in 80,000 square feet of laboratory and office space in Dayton, Ohio,
and has in-house capabilities across the entire spectrum of R&D activity, from basic research to full-scale system and production
demonstrations. Capabilities include material processing, characterization, composite development, systems design, optics (including a
class-10,000, soft-wall clean room), and manufacturing technology.
