Advantic™ Tolerance, Density, Compression Levels

Unless otherwise specified by customer:

CRG Industries, LLC will provide customer with a Certificate of Compliance verifying dimensional accuracy and proper density of delivered parts. Dimensional accuracy will be done at a sampling rate of 1 in 5 pieces, unless otherwise stipulated. Dimensions within a tolerance of +/-0.25" will be considered acceptable unless otherwise stipulated.

Density checks will be performed on each batch. Parts are considered within specification if they result from a batch whose density is +0.01 / -0.03 g/cc from the specified density.

Compression strength verification will only be performed if specified by customer. As part strength is dependent on cure temperature, part geometry will affect strength (due to internal heat generation of part during cure). A minimum strength will be given by CRG Industries during the quoting process that will serve as the acceptable lower limit during strength verification.
